Discjuggler 3 does not recognize .CDI files

I use DJ3 to burn the DC games I downloaded, but a few CDI files are recognized as Unknown, and I can't burn them. Please give me some advise here. I use Win2000, I tried DJ2, but that version crashed W2k.....

be more specific with what is going on like what do you mean when you say can't recognize them, did you type the path correctly in the box where it asks you for the images' path

I did type the path correct. As soon as I typed in the image name (including .cdi) I see the status changing from blank bla bla to: unknown. With other CDI files I see track info....
