need help with Disc Juggler and burning a cd to another cd

i want to know what setting i need to put for Disc Juggler 3.0 to burn a self boot game. also i want to know how to burn a back up of a back up because when i try to burn it, it gives me errors.. need help....and i'am using a HP 9100 series burner
