Really need help with these 2 DC games-Someone please respond

I'm having having a huge problem with PSO and Sega Smash pack. I keep getting errors while extracting it. I have all the rar's for Pso like 24 or so of them but when i extract the file it's corrupt it only does like 11 rars not the whole thing and then if i get it to work somehow it's 791mb in size and can't burn it to any kind of cd. Does anyone have any clue. Also Sega Smash Pack extracts but at the end it says File is corrupt and i can't burn it. Anyone know what to do

check each file by just highlighting one at a time in the given directory and see that they are roughly the same except for the .nfo or .sfv and the final one in the collection, ie:they are usually 19.0MB if it is more or less then its not complete or you downloaded it wrong,
if the image is right and you do have a 791MB image try using a 80minute cd/700MB capacity (just because it says 700MB doesn't mean that is the limit)
