Emergency 3 HELP!

Help! I stuck up on the fifth mission (highway multiple crash) and I'm suposed to stop the traffic. After stopping it, the cars made crowd and I lost the mission. After unstopping it, a fast car came and crashed, I lost the mission again. What do I do?
