I can't go online with my DC (PSO)

I have Hongkong DC( it doesn't have modem) and I pay for modify and a modem about 2-3 months ago. I don't have any trouble going online with quake3 but for PSO, i can't go online because my DC doesn't know it id verify (Because it doesn't have the proper way in registration just modify sth in it). I want to know where can i fix it umm....about rip that chip out of my DC and take a proper registration. For me, i got a real PSO ( jap version).
