NEED HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I borrowed some dc games from my friend and tried a direct copy of his games(copied games) and it worked the first time but on three other occasions it hasn't worked. Can somone please tell me what settings im putting in wrong (for NERO). I have all selected but "use jitter correction" and I have selected to write uncorrected when a mistake is found. Please help.
