Can ne1 help with POD 2 Multiplayer Online PARADISO prb

The game burns fine and boots without any prbs.
The prb is this:
The game goes thru the std. ad screens all the way to Click Start without any display prbs. Then after u click Start it says loading and all is still fine until after the game is finished loading and then the display gets all scrabbled. Is there some sort of a NTSC patch or fix for this???? Thx for any help
