Trackmania Sunrise Extreme

I'm having problems to run the expansion of Trackmania Sunrise with an image. It works fine with the original though.

What I did with the image is use DT4 to mount it, then SFNightmare to disable the CD and then play. It goes great.

But It seems this doesnt work on the expansion... any suggestions?
