I'm having a different problem installing civilization 4

I found a different image that I think is halfway working, but when the virtual drive h: shows up with autorun, set up, etc. the boxes are empty. What I mean is usually autorun and set up usually have some kind of design in the box, and these are empty with no design. When I click on them they go into MS-DOS for a second and then goes away. I think I am making small steps to getting this thing to work. I would appreciate some more help!
