Connection Lost when Game Inserted

Connection Lost when Game Inserted

I have followed detailed instructions using both FlashFXP and Quix. I can see all correct folders and files on my xbox but as soon as I insert a game disc the connection is immediately lost and cannot be reconected until the DVDRom drive is empty again.
Can somebody please help me understand why this could be occurring???
