Utopia boot--HELP!

PLEASE answer...

1. Do I need to make the Utopia boot disc self-bootable?

2. Which cd burner program is the best for burning the boot disc?

3. What's better, the Utopia disc or Action Replay?

4. Can it also trick the DC into thinking that a game is VGA compatible (or do I need that thing where it says VGA patch? If so how do I do it?
