Problem using DVD Decrypter with Dark Alliance 2

I am currently trying to back up Balders Gate Dark Alliance 2 with DVD Decrypter. However when the "Read" stage is at 7% it will bring up an error about the disc and say check condition. It has a couple of scratches on it, but it cant be 2 bad or the computer wouldnt read it right? anyway i managed to use isobuster to rip it onto my computer but the files are in a folder not an ISO file. Could u plz help me figure out how to convert it to an iso file if possible. i also need help on rebuilding Hulk: ultimate destruction and darkwatch so i can back them up.
