1st off it is not illegal to play a game that you hold a licence for (you dont own the CDs merely a licence to use the software on them etc etc), im asking a genuine question and as soon as i find these CDs again i shall use them (which is suspect my lil brother has lent to 1 of his friends, gotta love lil brothers :s ), but for now i wanna beat the guy and get my 10* car onto the covers etc. I would get replacement CDs from EA but seeing as how they only replace defective not lost CDs im stuck there. While the game is okay its not amazing and im not gonna go out and spend another £25 on a game i only play when there is nothing to do on an MMO i play.

No back to the question, my game locks up when i use the NoCD from GCW... and yet when i have used the CDs it works a treat.. is there something im doing wrong, or am i merely unlucky? (UK version btw)

Read the license again! Until you don't get back your original cds, the friend of your little brother has the license to play the game.
One game only on one PC, so who has the original cds has the right to play the game!
