Daytona .nrg

I just downloaded Daytona 2001 and it came as one file (daytona2001.nrg) i've copied many other games that have the extension .cdi . Can anyone tell me what i have to do to burn this type of file.

P.S.
I used discjuggler 3.0 to burn all the others

Use Nero! .nrg is a nero file.

I've read that you cant you Disk juggler 3.x to copy
just Dj 2.x
