Matrix Infinity and PAL games on a NTSC system
Hello there everyone, new member
I am looking at modding my ps2 and I am undecided between the DMS4 Pro(the EZI if i do it myself) and a Matrix Infinity mod. I see that for the most part they seem very similar, but maybe if I tell you guys exactly what I am looking to do, you can point me if I missing something that one of these -CAN"T- do: I need it to be able to play PAL games on a NTSC game, but I hear that there are issues with this in most mods. The DMS4 Pro with ToxicOS seems to be able to handle this with fixes from what I have read, but I am not entirelly sure even what that means, or if the Matrix supports this at all, for both imported originals and backups. Aside from that, just being able to play backups, and being able to load games directly from a HDD (yet to added to my ps2 though, soon after). As long as it can do this, and play DVD9 media, I am happy with whatever mod as long as its reliable and stable. |

They can both do this. The EZI if not installed carefully can damage the chip legs permanently on your ps2 rendering it useless.
