What do i need to make a bootCD or a Utopia CD?

well, im new at this and i wanted to kno how do i make a bootcd? wat do i need? Like wat programs do i have to dl on DCcopyworld to make a completed CD?How do i know if it works or not....i made one already but it just go to the music playing mode, wat do i DO!!!..PLEASE HELP ME!!
