full spectrum warrior

Hi everybody!
I have a strange problem with full spectrum warrior, 3cd version. After full installation, the game doesn't start. There is the window to allow internet connection but I can't select anything. I have to ctrl+alt+canc and close the application, because the game doesn't "reply"!!!

Please help me!
