NBA2K1 Fix problems on Step 8...

I was trying to fix the Charlotte Hornet problem on NBA2K1 with the Echelon fix, but when I got to step 8, I was stuck. This is what step 8 said, "Run: mkisofs -C 0,0 -l -V NBA2K1_ECHELON -o session1.iso NBA2K1" I don't get it... What am I suppose to do from this point?
