Help! Burning Sonic Adv 2 on a Mac

I downloaded the Sonic Adventure demo but am having a dificult time trying to figure out how to burn it onto CD using a Mac. So far I haven't managed to create a CD that will be read by my Dreamcast. Has anyone done it successfully and can they share a step-by-step set of instructions? Many thanks. I can't wait to try it out!
