utopia boot 60hz!!!!!!!!!!!!

when i run the bott cd on my DC it runs at 60hz and my tv doesnt support that, is there a way to change it to 50hz or to get a 50hz version??and is there a different version of the bootcd for NTSC and PAL cos im in UK and i got PAL.
