Burning Sword of Berserk (KALISTO bin file)

I have downloaded Sword of Berserk (Kalisto, 76:53)
It is a BIN file so I added some dummies to fit it on a 80 min.
But MPEGs play really bad...(Play-stop-play-stop).
Now i have burned it without adding dummies and MPEGS play right.
But without dummies May it damage my DC?

Actually i have never burned it without dummies ( i don't want to damage my dc if i am not sure...so it was a sort of provocation).
Someone told me that it isn't a dummy problem but a KALISTO BIN problem (of the backup game itself), and that a patch is needed. So where i can find this patch?

Same problem for me !
I haven't added dummy but I have made it self-booting. And now the movies are jolting.
I really don't understand why.
