Burning dvd films i get beeeeeeeeeee...!

Im getting the most annoying beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee noise after burning dvd films from dvd downloaded films onto dvd-R blank discs.

Ive tried +R's and still after a few moments of film starting i get beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! in speaker volume on tv

Im using nero to burn the dvd files and yes they are dvd files.

Any reason why this is happening?
