still dont work -dj2.0

Right to start with I have read all the posts on copying self boot dc games, iI only want to copy a copy that is already bootable, I have done the settings as suggested over and over again (ignore read errors,rawread/write, edc/ecc turn off burnproof and max80mins). I have a new plextor 121032a, dj2.0 and dj3.0. I can read the disc (with lots of edc/ecc consistency errors) but when we come to write it ,it puts the first 6 seconds on a disc then asks for the second disc-weird. Please can you shed some light on this.
