How do i Bur Dc games with nero 5??

Hi i just got a new Dc about a day ago. i have burnt the utopia boot disc and that burn perfectly. I then tryed to burn a copy of Virtual Striker 2 and i get a message saying buffer underun.

Is there a way i can burn the game or anyother game.

could i plz have information to burn it
like what speed and what settings to use.

i hope someone out there can explain it easly and not in like 1000 words
i just want a simple explanation plz.
