Error using DJ and NERO

Hopefull someone has an answer other than get a new burner.

I have tried using disk juggler 2 and 3, and Nero 5.

I've been trying to burn the utopia boot image under both, and have been given an error about invalid packet size or illegal track in DJ, and this cd is not writeable in Nero.

My burner is a Ricoh mp6200s.

I haven't tried anything other than the boot image.

Any thoughts?
