PS2 to PC thru VIVO video-in problem

i am hooking up my ps2 to the pc to play my games. my ps2 can play both pal and ntsc. pal games come up colour no problem, however the ntsc games, while the picture can be clear, is black and white. how do i fix this so the ntsc games are being displayed in colour? i have tried using the ntsc-m and ntsc-mj formats under both amcap and windows movie maker but to no avail. any suggestions?

Not optimistic.

Try PAL60/NTSC50 and see if it helps.
If not then I'm not optimistic, I have a NTSC Gamecube and many PAL games give me similar problems using both my video card's VIVO interface and my TV card (Lifeview Platinum).
The Multisystem TV set downstairs can display both PAL and NTSC games with no problem what so ever.
