How to inject/replace files in an iso/bin/cdi file

Ok, i have some iso's and i was workin on changing the audio to the games. I converted the mp3s-->wavs-->adx. Now, i want to replace the adx files inside of the isos so i can burn the games. i can't figure out how to do this. does anyone have any idea? please help. thankx
