VGA Box and Non-Self-Bootable games

Is it possible to run my Non-Self-Bootable games through the DC VGA box? Everytime I put the Utopia boot CD, it tells me that the CD (Utopia boot) is not compatible with the VGA box.

Can I make the non-Sef-bootables to self-bootables?
