haveing trouble backing up

Just here lately i have been haveing trouble backing up ps2 games. I was useing nero and had no problems but then someone told me to use record now max but i had nothing but trouble with record now max. ok!! after i installed record now max my nero wont copy any ps2 game. it gets to 49% and the dvd rom drive that has the orginal game just quits. I have reformated my whole computer and reinstalled everything but it stell does the same thing. The funny thing that i have seen is that in windows explorer both my d and e drive is labled as a (audio cd) there is nothing in the drive at this point. has anyone had this problem before? it seems to me that there has been something installed into the driver of the d or e drive.


please help!!
