nero burn process failed (again)

hi people,
i'm really getting cheesed off with nero and seriously need some help,
i've followed all previous instructions and still have no luck!
i've uninstalled all other dvd software incase of interference,
updated firmware,
uninstalled nero, re-booted and re-installed nero, re-booted again many times,
just ordered what hp support tell me is the perfect media for my writer, memorex dvd+r disks,
and still i get burn process failed error message at the end of hours of burning!
pls help,
here is the end of my log file, i can put on if needed but i don't want to use up too much space,

that's a known bug with an older version of Nero. Try updating to the latest version.
