lost cd/r autoplay

using farstone game copy to copy my call of duty game copying the first disk it asked if i wanted to disable autoplay because it might cause errors in the copy. i said yes. now i can't load the game through the burner because it won't autoplay the second disc.
how do i get auto play back?
