Need Help

I have Utopia bootcd... and i was lookin' forward to makin' a bootcd to play games on my dreamcast... but i'm not sure how to make the bootcd work...

Unzip the the boot CD image. Burn image to disk using appropriate software. Place boot CD into Dreamcast. Press the power button on the dreamcast.
