copy protected DC??

hey ppl,

i wuz just reading sumthing on a new DC coming out that wont be able to play backups. is that by any chance the new Sega Sports DC? (the one packaged w/Nfl2k,Nba2k and 2controllers, black in color) just wanted 2 know, later ppl
