Please help me! i have no idea where to start...

I have downloaded the DC Mp3 software and a SNES emulator, but the snes emu gives me a link to a site 4 makin bootable CDs. I dont want to do this as it is f**kin complex, how can i burn them so they run off the Utopia disk?
