IsoBuster : .CUE/.BIN/.ISO Which one?

Dear friends,
I'm trying to burn an already ripped PSOne game to play on my modded console. Using IsoBuster 1.5, I was trying to create an image on my HD, but I do not understand which extentions it should be? And, is it so simple as adding the required extension in the save as dialog box to have file of different (.cue/.bin/.iso) format?
