(big papa)how can i dummy a cdi file?

i have a question....how can i add a dummy file to a cdi file? ive tried with several programs...but ony bin files are supported...ive even tried cdirip but that extracts it to iso and i still cant add one.....can someone please tell me some way that i can add a dummy file to a .cdi game so it doesnt load so damn slow?

from what i recall, you can't dummy a .cdi file. the only way it could be dummied is by the group who released the game, and if they included it in it.
