Boot problem

I have a mod chip in my xbox and to boot back ups on i have to hold ma finger on the power button as i went into evox i flash the bios that was on the cd once it restarted it doesnt load anything up part from ma ms dash and i cant played back up games or even on my evox dash plz help Begging
