Backed up movies stopping at chapter 10-12???

I am using the newest Clad DVD, DVD2one and Record now max. The problem is occuring during the ripping I think. It only happens sometimes but when watching the movie it will freeze around chapter 9 or so and chapters 9-12 roughly will be missing. Well, not missing but if you select one of them the movie just starts playing over. I am in no way new to backing up movies, but this just started. Any help would be appreciated.
