Do i need the mod chip

I have a creative cdrw 8x4x32x and dont know how to backup a game and which way to do it but i was wonderin if i needed a mod chip to play any backuped games or if there is a certain way to back them up so i dont need one or is it preferred to get one.

no mod chip is needed, but you will need a boot disk..for more info, find the posts that i have in here and you'll get all your questions answered...
