Jvc Dvd-r 4.7gb Media
Using Pioneer DVR-A06 - Purchased jvc media from SVP
Tried 5 all faulty - 2 not playing at all. DVD ID gives MXL RG01 I am using firmware v1.05 : Should I upgrade to v1.07 or are these dvd-r's not compatible with my player Anyone any comments Using DATASAFE ricohs and datasafe riteks and they appear to ok fine

Don't change your firmware if other brands are working fine for you. JVC must just suck.
