Somebody please help about boot disc!

I haveb urned it several times, with several instructions, and each time i burn it, the 3 text files are there. I use Clone CD, because for Nero and Disc Juggler they screw up. Disc Juggler I get the start is always grey. For Nero it says buffer underrun or whatever. Each time I use the appropriate files, for the progam, and it still wont work. I get a Music screen on the DC. I have a HP CD-Writer 8200 series. Thanks in advance.
