Need help burning Sonic!!

I'm having a lot of problems trying to burn Sonic. I've been trying to burn with an HP 8100 using a 80min Gigastorage disc. The game is presumeably 79 min 56 sec 44. Firstly, I've tried using CDRWin - I get an error that says the cuesheet was rejected by the recorder. Then, I've tried Fireburner -: I get an error sending cue sheet <Unknown Error ($05/$88/$01)>. I checked the cuesheet and this is what it says:

FILE "KAL-SODC.BIN" BINARY
TRACK 01 MODE1/2352
INDEX 01 00:00:00

The bin is Kal-sodc.bin. So finally, I extracted everything to a temp directory and tried to burn that. The temp dir is 698 MB. When a tried to use Nero, it says it requires 703 MB. Then I tried to burn it using Adaptec CD Creator Pro. It says it requires 701.8 MB. Either way, I still can't burn it. Does anybody know what the problem is? How do I fix it?

ok..unfortunately when you download these games the cue sheet seems to always get messed up. here are 2 tricks i use to combat this
first get yourself the "dummy add" (DA.exe)
once you have that go through the process and when you get to the point where it asks you for padding pick "no padding"(since the game is so big)
now it will create a new image for you with a new cue sheet...put that cue sheet in cdrwin and there should be no problem.
the other way is to use a bin to iso converter and burn the iso image with DJ or an adaptek program.

let me know how it turns out...

i do not recall if it is the HP8200 or HP8100, but there is a problem with them burning past 78 min., there is a firmware upgrade that fixes this. i do not know where it is, so please do not ask me.
