Boot disk for PS2 Backup Game?

It's there any software that I can use to create a kind of boot disk to play my PS2 backup game without install a Mod ship?

u can buy a no solder and swap magic cd which is a bootdisk but u cant burn these u have to buy one only way to make ur own bootdisk is to have a mod alrdy installed which would defeat the whole point in needing a boot disk lol
