How to burn Dreamcast Games?

I need to know if I need something put in my dreamcast to play burned CD's and also how do I burn CD's?My friend has a burner, and I keep hearing about this program Disc Juggler, but I dont know what to do? I know my friend probably needs this program on his cpu? But then what?
