Question Def Jam Vendetta Questions...

I have heard from many people that in Def Jam Vendetta u were supposed to be able to break bones / kill your oppenent but it never made it in the finished game has anyone else heard about this?

I played the game for a while and was never able to brake a bone or something like that. Or I'm just not as good as I thought I was
