now to patch the iso of tokyo extreme racer

ok now that i have turned it into an iso i tried patching it with ipins that came with the patching kit but now when i start it and then put in the name of the bootsector which i believe is the ip and the name of the iso it dos not work please help me thank you.

also when i put in everything it tells me of a error opening ip.I downloaded the file a couple of times to see that its not corruption but it was the same thing everytime.
