Please Help, I cant burn any games
I have a DVDrom and a Burner, but whenever I try to burn a PS2 game, it tells me that my CD-R does not have sufficient space and I cant find a CD-R Disc over 800MB, I am using ahead Nero, is there a special type of disc i need to re-write on? or am i making a mistake.

As i know..copying ps2 games is not as usual as we think......even if we have a 90 min blank cd i'm not sure it will be possible to fit in...
I know first of copying this type of dvd u must remove all type of video present in the game. This way we have enouth space to burn it to a cd-r but u need to "crack" the game. This is something i do not know to do as yet. Good luck!

TIP (sorry for double-post):
Other way is to purchase a dvd-r unit so u can burn dvd's but as i know too, today dvd burners only can handle one of the "layer" (don't know how to say it) of a dvd.....i say......actual dvds can store up to 9 gb in the same side of data but actual dvd-r can store 4.5 gb (just the half) because it can't write the second part of the data (it's quite difficult to explain here but to know how a dvd works i advice u to visit www.cdfreaks.com ) Sorry for my poor english!

try seraching in the ps2 games forum for the word dvd rip!if you have a simple burner that's the only thing you can do!for burning dvd games at least,if you want to burn cd games you can do it with a normal burner, but you must have a modded playstation 2!

ps2 can play dvd's. there is a reason for this. the reason is that most ps2 games are dvd's. that means they can hold much more data than a cd-r can.
another problem is that you are using nero. if you can get nero to back up any game made in the last 3 years, im impressed. i really am.
