dvd decrypter problem
i have dvd decrypter installed and am trying to decrypt Waiting for Guffman. The movie is on a DVD-5 and every time i try to burn the MDS file, it goes a minute or two and then it locks up. I've burned 4 coasters so far. I've installed the ASPI drivers and that didn't help. I have windows XP, 2.4 pentium 4, 512 RAM.
My other question is, do i even need to decrypt the macrovision? Can i use recordnowMax to make the image if not? And if so, what settings do i set recordMax to? I can't make a global image at all. Would it be a data file or mixed mode or what one. Sorry about all the questions, but i burned a DVD-5 before at a friend's house and i don't know what i'm doing different. Thanks in advance, jeff

Yes you do have to remove the CSS protection or else it won't work.
Don't burn the movie using dvd decrypter, just create an ISO with dvd decrypter and burn the iso image with any other burning program.
