How do I solder my modchip.

I just recently recieved my modchip.com modchip. I really want it in and have soldered boards before, but nothing this small. I tried to make the connections but melted a hole in the board I was able to fix but is there any place I can send it, or is there any type of trick. I am having a heck of a time trying to do this, and am not having any luck some one help.

P.S. You ever notice how needy the people in these forums usually sound.
