DVDXCopy Query

I want to back up a Kiss DVD (I can hear all the sniggers thanks). It is a double feature so I can't fit it on one disk even with DVD2One, I have tried several methods.

If I use DVDXcopy is there any way I can manually remove the Insert Disk Two message so the back up is effectively two complete DVD's on their own?

I know I'm being fussy but I'd be interested to know if it's possible in any event.
